CANCELLATION POLICIES
Because both of our time is valuable, a 24 hour notice is required when the need to cancel your appointment occurs to avoid being charged 50% of all services scheduled. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE CANCEL While I do understand that life happens, it is expected that unless an emergency has happened or you are sick, you will give proper notice when an appointment change is necessary so that the time slot that was reserved for you may be made available for another client, this is the one exception to the 24 hr cancellation policy. 48 hours before, you will be given a courtesy reminder text, HOWEVER it is your responsibility to remember this appointment.
Clients who cancel without proper notice, or who abuse the emergency/sick reason for cancelling will either need to provide credit card information to secure their future appointments, or will not be scheduled again.
Late arrivals will either be rescheduled (may receive a fee for last minute reschedule), or receive a shortened service at the same price.
10 minutes is considered late.
